Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of item delivery for exchange or store credit only.

Please note that any sale items, items purchased using a discount code, custom orders, or items ordered in 14k or 18k gold are NOT eligible for return or exchange. (Please contact us before you purchase if you have concerns regarding sizing, or if it is a gift where you are unsure of the recipient's ring size.)

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return your item, please email us at with your order number and a short description of why you are returning the item and we will provide shipping instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, you will be issued a store credit or exchange.

Partial refunds may be granted for returns of:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is postmarked more than 7 days after delivery

We will replace or fix any items if they are received in defective or damaged condition. However, we cannot be held responsible for shipping carrier-related damage. Please take photos of the item as proof of damage.

If you have purchased a ring and need a different size, please send us an email at and we'll do what we can to resize or exchange your ring, though this is not guaranteed. Note that this may include extra costs which are determined on a case-by-case basis. Customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs and shipping cost of the replacement item. Depending on stock, the replacement item may take up to 3 weeks for delivery.

Customer will be responsible for paying all return and/or exchange shipping costs for returned or exchanged items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, any original shipping costs will be deducted from your credit amount.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot be held responsible for loss of item during shipping or any other carrier-related issues with shipping and delivery, nor can we guarantee that we will receive your item. If we do not receive your item, we unfortunately cannot issue any store credit or exchange.

All terms stated above apply to gifts as well.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your item if returned in new condition within 15 days of delivery.
